Umweltfarben translates into something closest to ‘environmental colours’. This piece was created during the 14th edition of If Paradise Is Half As Nice, hosted in an abandoned school building in the quaint village of Wartenburg. It serves as a poetic exploration of the deep bond between the villagers and the natural world. The work delves into the reciprocal influence between humans and their environment, questioning whether there is truly a distinction between culture and nature, or if they are inherently intertwined.
